蓝军队史首位黑人球员：加拉格尔对不起，我转发那则帖子太随意了
4月5日讯 英超联赛第30轮，切尔西主场2-2战平伯恩利。赛前的球员通道中，加拉格尔忽视了一名黑人儿童打招呼的动作。这段短视频被发布到网络之后，引发了激烈的批评，很多人指责加拉格尔种族歧视。随后切尔西俱乐部和主帅波切蒂诺都声援了加拉格尔。
切尔西队史首位黑人球员保罗-卡诺维尔（Paul Canoville）也转发了含有大量批评加拉格尔评论的帖子，不过这则帖子已被删除。62岁的卡诺维尔在社交媒体上向加拉格尔道歉，他写道：“我要向加拉格尔和每一位蓝军的男孩和女孩说声对不起，我太随意地转发那则帖子了。你们是知道的，我对于人人平等始终抱有坚定的支持态度，我爱你们。”
